LODA AI is for people aged 13 and over. If you are under 13, don't sign up. You confirm your age with a checkbox at signup. We don't ask for your birthday, so ticking it is your word, and your word has to be true.

A username, a password and an avatar. No email and no phone, ever. You get a public anon handle and a recovery code, shown once, that resets your password.

Lose your password and your recovery code and the account is gone for good. We can't get it back. There is nothing on file to prove it is yours. Keep the code somewhere safe, and don't share your login.

You are responsible for what you post. Rants and comments go up under your anon handle, publicly, for anyone to read. They can't be edited.

Your words stay yours. Posting them gives LODA AI permission to show them on the site: in the feeds, on rant, tag and profile pages, and in link previews when someone shares a rant.

We don't police opinions, tone or swearing. We remove what crosses the legal floor, and we can close accounts that keep crossing it:

• Illegal content. Child abuse material, and anything else it is a crime to post.
• Doxxing. A real person's phone number, home address, ID number, or anything that finds them.
• Real threats. Saying you will hurt a real person. Raging at AI, companies and products is not a threat.
• Explicit images. Nudity and sexual content. Uploads are scanned before they go live.
• Spam. Bots, scams, link dumps and the same post over and over.

What we store, why, and who else touches it is on the Privacy page. The short version: no email, no phone, no real name, no trackers, and we never sell it.

LODA AI is free and it comes as it is. It can go down, break or lose things. We fix what we can, but we don't guarantee the site will always be there or that anything posted will be kept.

When these terms change, this page changes and the date at the top moves. Using LODA AI after that means you accept the new version.
