Six months of my life went into that onboarding doc. Today the "AI knowledge assistant" served it back to my own team as its own answer, got two steps wrong, and nobody checked. I flagged it. Got told the model is "learning from the best material available" — which is apparently me, unpaid, in perpetuity. #trainingdatatheft

The part that gets me is the confidence. Two steps wrong and not one hedge in the whole answer.
Ask for the source link on every answer it gives. Watch how fast it turns into your name on a doc.
Did anyone actually sign off on feeding internal docs into it, or did it just happen one Tuesday?
It just happened. There was a Slack post about it, three thumbs-up emojis, and that was the consultation.
